Our focus is streamlined and simplified to quickly accomplish results. As long as our decisions are made with a lot of passion, much love, and total honesty, there is nothing that can prevent us from reaching our goals. There may be some hurdles, but none that can't be overcome.

Ricki has been featured in numerous local and regional publications, including Florida Trend.

She graduated with a Bachelor's degree in Mass Communications from the University of South Florida in 1980.

Cheryl Concklin, co-founder, has served her community, Hernando County, FL, as a social work counselor since 1999. During this time she has helped hundreds of individuals and families work through or endure hard times.  Cheryl's service as a social worker includes Department of Children and Families, Hospice, and Children's Home Society.

Raising 2 daughters as a single mother, Cheryl is no stranger to hard times. At age 38 she got tired of trying to make ends meet and decided to get a college degree.  While wearing all her hats, employee, mom, and student, she received her Bachelor's Degree of Social Work from the University of South Florida in 6 years.

Cheryl's ability to educate and be a resource to people that are trying to work through hard times and overcome surmountable obstacles gives her the experience and understanding to open her heart to the homeless.

Currently, Cheryl is a social work counselor for Children's Home Society.
